美服改动预告：普通赛也添加BAN人模式

So while we won't be completely reworking the champion, we want to make him more fun to use with the builds we originally slated him to use.
在新版本中赛恩会得到一系列整合型的增强，使他在AP路线之外也有更好的发挥。我们不会完全重做这个英雄，使他回到我们最初设计他时的装备路线上，同时更有乐趣。
